What currency are prices in?
All prices on Decora Furnishings are listed in USD (US Dollars). But they may be converted to the local currency of the country you are located in.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal. Wallets such as GooglePay and ApplePay are also accepted. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us at +1(437)829-6739 decorachennai@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We will do our best to accommodate requests made within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Fabric & Products
How is fabric sold?
All fabric is sold by the yard. Simply enter the quantity (in yards) you need when adding to your cart.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order. You can order as little as 1 yard.
Do colors look exactly as shown on screen?
We do our best to photograph fabrics accurately, but colours can vary slightly depending on your monitor's calibration and lighting conditions. If colour accuracy is critical for your project, we recommend ordering a sample first.
Do you offer fabric samples?
Yes, we do! While we don't charge anything for the samples itself, we're forced to charge a partial flat shipping fee due to excessive international shipping fees. Message us for more.
What are the fabric weights and compositions?
Fabric composition and weight details are listed on each individual product page. If you need additional technical specifications, feel free to contact us. Most of our fabrics are in the range of GSM 250 to 600.
Shipping
Is shipping really free?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum order value and no hidden fees.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are as follows:
- United States & Canada: 3–5 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 2–5 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 4–7 business days
- Middle East: 2–4 business days
- Southeast Asia: 4–7 business days
- Rest of World: 4–15 business days
Will I be charged import duties or taxes?
No — all duties and taxes are included in your order total.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for unused, uncut fabric (if the whole fabric bolt is shipped) in its original condition. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at decorachennai@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
